OnBaseU Certification Webinars allow students interested in becoming OnBaseU Certified a completely online option via watching OnBaseU’s prerequisite video course, The Body-Pitching Connection, and attending a one-day live webinar hosted by OnBaseU Co-Founder's Dr. Greg Rose and Steve Johnson.
The online prerequisite course teaches the students OnBaseU’s 16 physical screens, 12 major pitching characteristics and OnBaseU's core philosophies. Students learn how to quickly identify any physical limitations that may be causing pitch inefficiencies and master simple solutions to get them back on track.
The one-day live webinar allows students to view and interact with instructors as they guide attendees through a detailed analysis of how to screen individuals, real-world examples of each physical test and how a player’s pitching mechanics are directly related to their physical screen. Examples of how to address each physical limitation will be discussed including how to identify when a limitation is a mobility, stability or strength issue and technique modifications to improve player performance quickly.
